SUBLIMATION TRANSFER

 We print your original artwork as a dye sublimation transfer and ship to you for application.  Dye sublimation printed t-shirts are the highest quality you can sell. Instead of melting plastic on top of the fabric, you will actually dye the fabric…the image will never crack, peel or fade. We provide the highest quality dye sublimation transfers for your substrates.  Transfers come ready to press.  No minimums.  

 8.5" x 11" Sublimation Transfer

• Actual sheet size is 8.5″ x 11″.
• 0.125″ margins required on all sides.
• Safe printable area is 8.25″ x 10.75″.
• Raster graphics should be at 300 dpi.
• Acceptable file formats:  EPS, PDF, JPG, TIFF, AI, PS or CDR
• Color palette:  RGB, CMYK or Pantone Solid Coated colors only.

SUBLIMATION TRANSFER – 8.5″ X 14″

 Actual sheet size is 8.5″ x 14″.

• 0.125″ margins required on all sides.
• Safe printable area is 8.25″ x 13.75″.
• Raster graphics should be at 300 dpi.
• Acceptable file formats:  EPS, PDF, JPG, TIFF, AI, PS or CDR
• Color palette:  RGB, CMYK or Pantone Solid Coated colors only.

SUBLIMATION TRANSFER – 11″ X 17″

•  Actual sheet size is 11″ x 17″.
• 0.125″ margins required on all sides.
• Safe printable area is 10.75″ x 16.75″.
• Raster graphics should be at 300 dpi.
• Acceptable file formats:  EPS, PDF, JPG, TIFF, AI, PS or CDR
• Color palette:  RGB, CMYK or Pantone Solid Coated colors only.

SUBLIMATION TRANSFER – 13″ X 19″

•  Actual sheet size is 13″ x 19″.
• 0.125″ margins required on all sides.
• Safe printable area is 12.75″ x 18.75″.
• Raster graphics should be at 300 dpi.
• Acceptable file formats:  EPS, PDF, JPG, TIFF, AI, PS or CDR
• Color palette:  RGB, CMYK or Pantone Solid Coated colors only.

Artwork Requirements

Files should be 300 DPI or more, Files that are less than 300 DPI could produce low quality prints.

Files we accept: SVG, EPS, AI, PSD, PDF, PNG & JPEG.

Please do not Reverse/Mirror Image, we will do that for you. Multi-Designs & Gang Sheets are Allowed. If you have several "different" images that need to go on a transfer, they will need to be "Ganged" before you send us your file(s). If you need several of the "same" image we can do it for you.

Turn around time

Provided that there is no problem with the graphics you send to us, normal turn around time is approximately 5 to 7 business days. From October thru December our turn around time could take up to 14 days.
